The owners of Bharti Tele-Ventures Ltd said they had no plans to further dilute any stake in favour of either UK’s Vodafone or Singapore Telecommunications Ltd. “There is no question of diluting stake in Bharti Tele-Ventures,” Sunil Bharti Mittal, chairman of the firm, said.
