Russia’s MegaFon launches network in Khakasia republic

Mobicom-Novosibirsk, a subsidiary of Russia’s third largest mobile operator MegaFon, has launched a mobile network in Russia’s constituent republic of Khakasia, MegaFon’s press office reported Friday.
